回笼 (huílóng) literally means 'back into the cage' — like a steamed bun put back in the steamer (笼, lóng) to reheat. Your sleep gets re-steamed. Very vivid Chinese metaphor for that second round of sleep.
usage
觉 here is jiào (a sleep, a nap), not jué. Always read the full phrase as ...jiào: 睡了一个回笼觉 (shuì le yí ge huílóng jiào, 'had a second-round sleep').
