打谷 (threshing) →
晒谷 (sun-drying) →
脱粒 (de-hulling) →
入仓 (storing). Farmers use flat paved areas (
晒谷场) and periodically rake the grain to dry it evenly. Moisture below ~13% is needed for safe storage.
