陕西 Fuping is the hometown of former PRC leader Xi Zhongxun (习仲勋), father of current leader Xi Jinping, and the site of his memorial park. The county is also known nationally for its 柿饼 (dried persimmons), exported as "frost-covered persimmon cakes".
