大专 (short for 大学专科) is a 2-3 year vocational post-secondary program, one tier below a 本科 bachelor's degree. Graduates receive a 专科 diploma, not a 学士 degree. Extremely common entry on Chinese resumes.
usage
In job ads the formula 大专以上学历 ('junior-college degree or above') is the most common minimum bar for white-collar roles. Below that tier is 中专 (technical secondary school).
