usage
Both technical (data throughput, plant capacity, server load) and human (someone's competence at handling situations). Note 处 here is read chǔ (to handle), not chù (place).
mistakes
处理 = chǔlǐ (verb, to handle/process), not chùlǐ. The chù reading is for 处所 (chùsuǒ, location) and 处长 (chùzhǎng, division head).
