传召

Formal register, used by an authority (emperor, court, government, head of an organization) calling someone to appear. Very common in historical drama ("皇上传召") and Hong Kong/Taiwan legal news. On the Mainland, the standard legal term is 传唤 (chuánhuàn, to subpoena); 传召 carries a more imperial/ceremonial flavor.
