茶藨子 (chápāozi) is the Ribes genus — currants and gooseberries — and is colored to specify species: 黑茶藨子 blackcurrant, 红茶藨子 redcurrant. In drinks menus you will more often see the loanword 黑加仑 (hēijiālún) for blackcurrant.
