阅读量 is the headline metric for 微信公众号 (WeChat Official Accounts) and other text-based platforms. 10万+ (literally '100k+') is the prestige threshold - once an article passes 100,000 views WeChat just shows '10万+' and the post is called a 爆款 (hit). Authors and brands obsess over hitting it.

Compare with 播放量 (play count, for video / audio), 点击量 (click count), 浏览量 (browse / page views), 转发量 (share count), and 互动量 (engagement count). Suffix 量 = 'volume / count of'.
