usage

Mainland Chinese law distinguishes two levels by blood-alcohol content: 酒驾 (20-80 mg/100 mL, administrative penalty) and 醉驾 (≥80 mg/100 mL, criminal offence). 酒后驾车 is the formal umbrella term covering both.
