Common in Taiwan and Hong Kong. Mainland China overwhelmingly uses 方便面 (fāngbiànmiàn, 'convenience noodles'); 速食面 is also understood there but reads as Taiwanese-flavored. 泡面 (pàomiàn, 'soak noodles') is the most colloquial term across all regions.
