usage

Two senses. The thin yellow sheet that forms on top of boiling soy milk (the wrapper material). And 武汉豆皮, a Wuhan breakfast specialty: glutinous rice and meat wrapped in a thin egg-and-mung-bean skin, then pan-fried — name and ingredient overlap, different dish.
