mistakes

Don't confuse with 盈利 (the profit/earnings themselves). 营利 = the activity of pursuing profit (营 = to operate); 盈利 = the surplus that results (盈 = full/surplus). 'Non-profit' is always 非营利, never 非盈利 in formal usage.
