mistakes

率 has two readings: shuài 'lead, frank' as here, but lǜ in words like 效率 'efficiency'. Don't say lǜzhí.

usage

Compliments rather than criticizes - frames bluntness as honesty. Compare 直率, the same morphemes reversed and equally common.
