history
殸 is not used on its own in modern Chinese. It is the original graph for the L-shaped stone chime, showing the stone being struck by a hand holding a mallet 殳. A stone radical 石 was added below it to give the standard modern character 磬, and the upper 声 part also seeds the sound element in 声.

Read as one unit: a chime-stone shape 声 on the left being struck by a hand-with-weapon 殳 on the right. Indexed under Kangxi radical 殳. Adding 石 beneath produced the modern 磬.
Filed under radical 殳 (shū, #79) by convention. 殳 is not a separate component in 殸, so no strokes are highlighted.
