The Mohawk are one of the Six Nations of the Iroquois Confederacy (易洛魁联盟) in present-day New York and Ontario. The hairstyle 摩霍克发型 (Mohawk haircut) — shaved sides with a strip of long hair down the middle — is named after them, though the actual traditional Mohawk haircut differs from the punk-rock version.
