This character is an old way of writing 咒 (a spell or curse).
Tips
history
呪 is not used independently in modern Chinese. It is an old variant of 咒 (a spell, mantra, or curse), still common in Japanese and old Buddhist texts. In modern Chinese always write 咒.

Variant form only — seen in old scriptures, Japanese text and etymology notes, not in modern Chinese writing.
The 口 (mouth) radical on the left carries the meaning: a spell or curse is spoken aloud. Same mouth radical and sense as the standard 咒 and as 唱 to sing.
Right side 兄 is the sound element, here in its old zhù / zhòu value (it also appears in 祝 'to pray / wish'). It contributes no 'elder brother' meaning — the same phonetic the standard 咒 uses.
No stroke data for 呪; the glyph shown is your device font, so component strokes can't be highlighted.
