华伦太 is an older or Hong-Kong-style transliteration of 'Valentine' / 'Valentin'. The standard mainland rendering today is
瓦伦丁 (Wǎlúndīng) for Valentine and
瓦伦蒂诺 (Wǎlúndìnuò) for Valentino. You'll meet
华伦太 in older subtitles (1970s-90s Cantonese cinema) or in religious texts referring to Saint Valentine. Note
太 here is purely phonetic — it does NOT mean 'too' or 'wife'.
