加班调休

调休 has two senses in modern Chinese workplaces: (1) personal 'comp time off' for individual overtime worked, and (2) the national-holiday 调休 system where weekends are 'shifted' to create longer holiday breaks (and you work the following weekend). The latter is widely complained about online.

Standard HR/workplace vocab. 加班 = overtime, 调休 = adjusted rest day. Often appears together in employee handbooks alongside 加班费 (overtime pay) and 倒休 (dǎoxiū, swap-day-off, near-synonym of 调休).
