冬华 is literary/archaic — the Xinhua dictionary lists it as a variant of
冬花, meaning a flower that blooms in winter (typically the plum,
梅花 méihuā). Modern speakers would just say
冬天的花 or name a specific flower; you'll mostly meet
冬华 in poetry, classical prose, or as a personal name.
