Tips

register
作成 in this 'help bring about / facilitate' sense is now mostly literary or dialectal — older novels and operas use it (e.g. 'tip me, I'll see your business succeeds'). Modern Chinese normally says 成全 (chéngquán) for the same idea.
mistakes
Don't confuse with the Japanese loan reading 作成 (sakusei, 'to draft/create a document'). In Mandarin 作成 is NOT used for 'to draft a document' — that's 制作 (zhìzuò) or 拟定 (nǐdìng).
