一边倒 (literally 'leaning to one side') was Mao Zedong's foreign-policy slogan in 1949, declaring China would 'lean to the side' of the Soviet bloc rather than stay neutral in the Cold War. Today the phrase is more often used neutrally for one-sided games, votes, or public opinion.
