里查德 is a less standard variant of the more usual
理查德 (Lǐchádé) for 'Richard'. Both readings are identical; the difference is only in the first character (
里 lǐ 'inside' vs
理 lǐ 'reason'). You'll see
里查德 in casual or older subtitle translations; for formal/news contexts use
理查德.
