Don't confuse
赢利 ('profit / earnings') with
盈利 (same pinyin, near-synonym) or
利润 ('profit margin').
赢利 emphasizes 'profit gained through winning / competing in business';
盈利 emphasizes 'surplus / overflow'. Modern style guides often prefer
盈利 for the noun, but
赢利 remains fully standard.
