Most likely 'Northfork' — the 2003 surrealist American film by the Polish brothers (set in 1955 Montana), or any of several US towns named Northfork (West Virginia, etc.). Note that 'Norfolk' (the English county and the city in Virginia) is conventionally rendered 诺福克 in Chinese — without the extra 斯 — so 诺斯福克 specifically signals the 'Nor-th-' variant.

诺 (nuò, 'No-') + 斯 (sī, 'th/s') + 福 (fú, 'fo') + 克 (kè, 'k') — adding 斯 differentiates 'North-' from plain 'Nor-'.
