熜 is not used in modern Chinese. It is an old word for a chimney, and (read 熜) a torch bundled from hemp stalks. Today the chimney is written 烟囱. The fire radical 火 gives the smoke-and-flame sense; 悤 supplies the sound, the older full form of 匆.

Archaic and literary. You will meet 熜 only in old dictionaries and classical text, never in speech.
