海宾 is a literary/older variant of the much more common
海滨 (hǎibīn) 'seashore'. Both share the meaning, but modern writing almost always uses
海滨;
海宾 may turn up in poetry, place names, or proper nouns.
宾 usually means 'guest', but in this compound it carries the older sense of 'shore/edge'.
