Actor and dancer who began in the boy band MIC and became widely known through the TV series 《猎罪图鉴》 (Crimes Mirror, 2022) and 《莲花楼》 (Mysterious Lotus Casebook, 2023).
His fans call themselves 小炭火, 'little charcoal fire', a play on his surname 檀 'sandalwood', which sounds like 炭 'charcoal'. As a teenager at the Beijing Dance Academy's middle school he won national junior titles in Latin dance.
