服服帖帖 is the AABB-reduplicated form of
服帖 ('to submit, to obey'). The doubling intensifies it - not just obedient, but thoroughly so. The reading with neutral tones on the second syllables (fú fu tiē tiē) is also commonly given, alongside the four-tone reading fúfútiētiē.
