服服帖帖 is the AABB-reduplicated form of
服帖 ('to submit, to obey'). The doubling intensifies it — not just obedient, but thoroughly so. CC-CEDICT records the pinyin with neutral tones on the second syllables (fú fu tiē tiē), but the four-tone reading fúfútiētiē is also widely heard and accepted.
