An umbrella term for narrative performance: 相声 crosstalk, 评书 storytelling, 大鼓 drum ballads, 快板 clapper rhyme. One or two performers tell the story instead of acting it out, which is what separates it from 戏曲, staged opera in costume.
mistakes
The first character is 曲, a tune, third tone, not 曲, bent or crooked, first tone. It is the same reading as in 歌曲 and 戏曲.
