宾尼 is a common transliteration of English 'Binny', 'Benny', or 'Bunny' (the latter in Hong Kong's
宾尼兔 = Bugs Bunny in some renderings, though
兔八哥 is more common in mainland Chinese).
宾 (bīn) for the 'B-' onset and
尼 (ní) for the '-y' ending — both are workhorse transliteration characters (compare
肯尼迪 Kennedy,
安东尼 Anthony).
