usage

Almost exclusively a software-UI term — the Chinese label for the 'Save As…' menu item is 另存为 (lìngcún wéi). 另 contributes the meaning 'separately / additionally', so 另存 = 'save additionally [under a different name]', as opposed to plain 保存 (bǎocún, 'save').
