Taiwan-style technical Chinese. Mainland tech writing usually keeps the abbreviation: 千兆位 (qiānzhàowèi) or just Gb. 位元 (wèiyuán) means 'bit'; in Mainland usage you more often see 比特 (bǐtè, transliteration) or just 位 (wèi).
