上列 is a formal/written modifier meaning 'the items listed above'. You'll see it almost exclusively in legal documents, contracts, and formal notices — it's the bureaucratic cousin of 上述 (shàngshù, 'above-mentioned'). In speech use 上面提到的 instead.
history
Classically 上列 also meant 'high-ranking row / seat of honor' — the 列 here was a physical row of seats at court arranged by rank. Modern usage has narrowed almost entirely to the 'above-listed' sense.
