点券 is the standard term for premium in-game currency in Tencent games (王者荣耀, LOL, 和平精英 etc). Conversion is typically 1 RMB = 10 点券. Compare with 金币 (jīnbì, in-game gold earned through play, can't be bought directly).
usage
Pair with the verb 充 (chōng, 'top up'): 充点券 = 'buy/load points'. Other game-money terms: 代币 (dàibì, generic 'tokens'), Q币 (Q-coins, the cross-Tencent currency), 月卡 (yuèkǎ, 'monthly card' subscription).
