左派 (left) vs. 右派 (yòupài, right) are the standard political spectrum terms in Chinese. 左翼 (zuǒyì) is a close synonym, sometimes implying more radical left leanings. In China, 左派 can also refer informally to ultra-Maoists within the CCP.
