From the Analects 《论语·雍也》: ‘夫仁者，己欲立而立人，己欲达而达人。’ (The benevolent person, wishing to establish himself, establishes others; wishing to succeed, helps others to succeed.) Confucius's positive formulation of the Golden Rule (the negative form being 己所不欲，勿施于人).

usage
