usage
央行 is short for 中央银行 (central bank). In Chinese news by default it refers to the 中国人民银行 (PBoC); for other countries you add a prefix: 美联储 (US Fed) is the exception, but 欧洲央行 (ECB) and 日本央行 (BoJ) follow the pattern.
mistakes
行 here is háng (row/firm) — same as in 银行 yínháng (bank) — not xíng (to walk).
