Paul's letter to the church at Corinth, written ~55 CE. 哥林多 is the standard Chinese transliteration of 'Corinth'; 前 means 'former / first' (paired with 哥林多后书 '2 Corinthians'). The Chinese Union Version (和合本, 1919) fixed these names in modern usage.
The 'love chapter' — 爱是恒久忍耐，又有恩慈 ('Love is patient, love is kind...'). Easily the most quoted passage at Chinese Christian weddings, often calligraphed and gifted.
