阎罗王 (King Yama, borrowed from Indian Buddhism), staffed by
黑白无常 (Black and White Impermanence) and
牛头马面. It's organized like an imperial court, with court records of every soul's deeds. Often used to translate Greek Hades and similar concepts in fiction.
