佩琦

佩琦 is a variant spelling of 佩奇, the Mandarin transliteration of Peppa as in Peppa Pig (《小猪佩奇》/《小猪佩琦》). The pig became a viral 'gangster mascot' meme in China around 2018 — 'social-people' (社会人) culture adopted the cartoon as an ironic icon, even spawning Peppa watches and tattoos.

Phonetically: 佩 (pèi) ≈ 'Pe-', 琦 (qí) ≈ '-ggy/-ppa'. 琦 means 'fine jade', so the rendering also flatters as a girl's name (Peggy, Paige).
