Closing line of Du Fu's (杜甫, Tang) 《绝句·两个黄鹂鸣翠柳》: 窗含西岭千秋雪，门泊东吴万里船。(My window frames the western range's thousand-year snow; my gate moors boats come ten thousand li from Eastern Wu.) Written at his Chengdu cottage — 东吴 is the old Three Kingdoms name for the lower Yangtze, which he longed to reach on his way home.
usage
泊 is read bó here (to moor a boat), not pō (lake). Paired with 窗含西岭千秋雪 — both 'frame the world' through openings. Common in descriptions of harbour cities and riverside homes.
