此话

此话 is literary/formal — 此 is the classical "this" (modern 这). It survives mainly in fixed expressions: 此话怎讲 ("how do you mean?"), 此话当真 ("are you serious about that?"), 此话不假 ("that's no lie"), 此话有理 ("that makes sense"). Common in historical dramas, wuxia, and formal writing.

usage

In modern colloquial Chinese, you'd say 这句话 (zhè jù huà) or 这话 (zhè huà). Use 此话 deliberately for a slightly archaic or formal flavor.
