Less common than the standard
费用 (fèiyòng, expense / fee) — note the characters are simply reversed.
用费 leans slightly on the "using / consumption" side (what you spend by using something), while
费用 is the neutral cover-all. In modern Mainland usage,
费用 is the safer default.
