希优顿 is the Chinese transliteration of Théoden, King of Rohan in Tolkien's 《
魔戒》 (The Lord of the Rings) —
希 (xī) for 'Thé-',
优 (yōu) for '-o-',
顿 (dùn) for '-den'. He's the aging king freed from Saruman's curse who leads the Rohirrim charge at Pelennor Fields. The transliteration was popularized by Zhu Xueheng's 2001 Chinese translation.
